For the past week or so, I have become an insomniac. I have a theory on why too. I found out that my mom is having trouble sleeping and I am wondering if it's because of her, I'm not sleeping. I'm not saying she's making noises while she's up or anything. It just makes me think; Could her stress be what is keeping me from sleeping?
She has told me some chilling news today that turned my stomach. She told me while she was going to a walking track to that park, she had to wait on a train. She said she actually thought about hitting the gas while waiting on it and slamming into the train. Needless to say, she scared the sh!t out of me and I don't think I can sleep with that thought in my head without having some horrible nightmare.
What has started all this stress is a number of things happening at once. My grandmother was tested again for lung cancer and they found that it had moved into the opposite lung so she will be going on chemo AGAIN. It is also the thought that my grandmother doesn't have that much time to live and may not make it to Christmas. Mom has also enrolled back into college which is piling homework on her as well. Then last, she is heartbroken because her boyfriend is being an asshole and they broke it off.
So, I have no will to sleep tonight. I'll be on so if any of you guys wanna role play or chat, I'm here. probably be up til five or six again. I'm also working on some artwork which hopefully will be scanned when I get the friggen software from my sister or go sit on and use hers when I can get out from under all this. Plus, it's too bloody hot outside to get out of this damn house without using the vehicles so April, I will be over with your PSOH books hopefully next week when things settle down.
